If you’ve made it this far, you must have good taste!
I could be contrived and spout off on a true undying passion for food, or be corny and list all my accolades and accomplishments but I prefer to let my work speak for itself. What you get with me is more than just a meal, you get a full experience, a true long-lasting memory. I combine 2 decades of culinary experience with comedy, magic, and kitchen banter to keep your guests entertained. Not to worry, I was classically trained at The Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts and did my apprenticeship underneath a Michelin chef. I am ACF certified as well as a level 2 sommelier and have deep craft cocktail knowledge. With a plethora of different skills available to you, I can make a full 5-hour dinner show with a hands-on cooking class all the way to a romantic quiet chef-served table-side dinner for 2. Be seated and let me serve you for whatever the special occasion might be.

Farm to Table
All Menus include Salad, Appetizer, hors d'oeuvres (or an aperitif) and Dinner. Deserts are available for a small up charge.


The best catering experience I have ever had! Nathan paid attention to every detail, had great communication skills throughout the entire event, the food and drinks were AMAZING, and he even entertained my guests after our meal with a magic show!
